French Drain
With every heavy rainfall or seasonal thaw, our kitchen floods due to an inadequate drainage system. Water seeps up through the floor, creating not only a significant mess but also a safety hazard for anyone using the kitchen or walking through it to access the bathroom.

Sanctuary Ceiling
The ceiling in the sanctuary continues to deteriorate and fall. We have made two small repairs with the help of parishioners; however, these have only been temporary solutions. The entire ceiling now needs to be redone to address the issue fully and safely.

We need to replace the door that leads to the side yard with a more functional and reliable option than the one currently in place.

The hot water heater in the parish house needs to be replaced, as it is no longer functioning reliably.
