Holy Redeemer Marriage Retreat
Do you need a weekend away to focus on your life as a couple and reflect on where you have been and where you are going? The Holy Redeemer Marriage Retreat offers couples an opportunity to reconnect, reflect, and grow in love and faith.
Retreat Details
- Date: Friday & Saturday, Jan. 16-17, 2026
- Time: Arrive between 3-7 pm on Friday; end as needed after lunch Saturday, or as early as Sunday morning (choose your own adventure-style)
- Location: Marv Herzog Hotel, Frankenmuth, Michigan
- Cost: Hotel and meals
What to Expect
- Chat with Mike & Rachelle when you arrive for about 15 minutes. They will provide you with a set of questions and objectives that you can use as you go through the weekend. But it is up to you to use the weekend, focusing on what your relationship needs in the unique time of life you are in.
- Eat dinner and spend time together alone as a couple.
- Gather with the group for lunch on Saturday to connect with others on what you learned. (No “forced sharing” will happen though.) Laura and Ryan &; Rachelle and Mike will share a little about what they have learned as couples through this retreat.
- You are welcome to keep going and stay Saturday night, or go home as needed.

block. Different room types are available, so if a river-view is important, call soon. The special room rate ends Dec. 15, so call asap. Rooms are $149 + tax for Friday night and $199 if you stay Saturday. Includes a buffet breakfast and evening beer and wine reception from 5-7pm, and underground parking.
